Embrace Your Failures

Embrace your failures. It’s a powerful title, I know. =)

But there is actually a very valid reason why I am writing a post entitled Embrace Your Failures. And I’m not gonna lie, or cheat here. I have had a sudden inspiration, upon editing a post by Wilson. And my plan here is to pretty much reiterate everything he wrote about.

The thing is, so many people find something they’re passionate about, and expect to be good at it. But that’s just not the case! It takes practice, whatever it is you’re into, to get good at something!! But so many people give up after just a few tries. They feel like they’re total failures. And they are, at first. Technically anyway. Until they continue to try and try until they have succeeded.

Failure is Success’s Best Friend

No successful person in the world said it would be easy. In fact, more likely than not, it will be very hard. But that’s where that rewarding feeling comes in, when you have finally discovered a way to make things work! =) It’s great, trust me. Total high. The more you fail, the more ways you have found that won’t work. Meaning, it leaves in it’s wake, only the paths that will work. When you fail, embrace it! Accept it and say, “This did not work. Next move.”

My point here, is to tell you that all you need to do is PERSEVERE. Keep trying. No one is stopping you from being successful, but you.

though the stars walk backward)
–E.E. Cummings

And now, if you’ll excuse me, I have some pictures to go take. 😉
